They make a deal with you when you accept a job at Diante’s family bookstore: if you help enough customers find the book of their dreams, they will read the newest fiction you can’t stop talking about. If you put yourself in the shoes of the customers, you will succeed even if you don’t like the stories that are sold at the store. Everything depends on your point of view, and you’re resolved to make Diante see yours.
